[eng][rando] "Chemical"-proof spray bottle

Ya know how the convenient pump-spray bottles all die eventually from fallapart? Ya know how you definitely can NOT anything corrosive in them because (sure seems like) every one of them has a metal spring in the path of the liquid?

I have no idea if they really all suck and/or if the only good alternative for e.g. atomizing bleach is made out of Pyrex but...

Whether the metal spring really is in the path of the liquid or if it's only because of cross-bleeding, there's an interesting spin on having the spring in the liquid's path, maybe.

I thought, "why not a plastic spring"? That's not the great idea, but it's a good question. I think the answer is: plastic springs quickly become less efficient due to heat.

If you have a plastic spring though, it'd be no big deal to have that in the liquid's path. And if the liquid is constantly flowing over the spring, that could easily remove most of the heat, keeping the spring cool and fresh...!

Plus your atom mist is a tiny bit warmer. If you want it a lot warmer, you could also optimize for that.

If you want it to become a great big flame ball, you obviously could make sparks when you squeeze the trigger. Don't do that.
