[mind] Hysteria was a thing (maybe).

Maybe Hysteria was a real thing back in the day and is not now just like Autism is now and wasn't then...

[I'm talking about the kind that's cured with a hysterectomy by the way.]

Like, if you were a chick back in old London and you had to lay there and get plowed nightly by a guy with psoriasis under his porkchops and smelled like cigars and not ever complain about it, by the lore of the land... You'd probably act out too.

I think some "mental illnesses" just come and go and echo and fade over time are just different best-effort adaptions from people who have to put up with dicks. If our hardware and software and eipware are similar then we'd expect folks to adapt differently.

Being "autistic" could just be your adaption to your parents being traumatized and fucked up by a bunch of understandably traumatic stuff.

["Autism" being mostly "ok well I won't say anything then (asshole)"]
